At the closing ceremony at The Les Arcs European Film Festival sparrows was honored with the main award of the festiva,The Crystal arrow. On top of that did the film receive The Press Prize ,The prize for Best Cinematography has been awarded to Sophia Olsson for Sparrows and the award for best actor has been given to the Sparrows Atli Óskar Fjalarsson.#icelandicnewwave
